Serial CA5L010 - Finished in March '06. A 24 fret Iceman for a customer
in Ireland. It's based on a cross between the "vintage" Iceman and a Malakian
signature special, and is loaded with the Ibanez limited edition "AXIS" pickups.
After the customer saw the grain in the Mahogany, he decided to go natural. Glad he did.

BODY: Hand made at Onyx Forge - Based on the limited edition Iceman; Honduran
Mahogany; clear gloss nitrocellulose lacquer; TuneOMatic style bridge with stop
bar tailpiece; recessed Electrosocket jack cup; Dunlop Straploks; rear loaded controls.
NECK: African Mahogany; "C" profile; Indian Rosewood fretboard; 25.5" scale;
clear gloss nitrocellulose lacquer; 24 med. jumbo frets; Paua abalone fret dots
with black Mother of Pearl at the 12th & 24th frets; Paua Abalone Onyx Forge logo;
Grover locking tuners; double acting truss rod adjustable at headstock; 1 11/16" nut
width at the custom GraphTech / brass alloy nut; zinc alloy threaded inserts.
ELECTRONICS: Limited edition Ibanez pickups at both neck and bridge; output from both
pickups routed through a balance / blend pot, with master volume
and tone controls. Both the volume and tone pots are push pulls that split a dedicated
pickup when pulled. This guitar has excellent tone, sustain and balance.
