Bookmatched Spalted Flame Maple on bookmatched Northern Ash; clear gloss nitrocellulose
lacquer; Wilkinson trem; recessed Electrosocket jack cup; arm, belly and neck
pocket contours; recessed Dunlop Straploks; recessed black metal custom bell
knobs with Paua Abalone tops.
NECK: Hand made at Onyx Forge - Curly Maple with solid Spalted Maple tilt back
headstock, making for an interesting grain and color contrast (shape
based on customer supplied template); Macassar Ebony fretboard with Paua Abalone
inlay at 12th fret designed by the customer; thin "C" profile; 24.562" scale;
natural nitrocellulose lacquer; 22 med. jumbo polished
STAINLESS STEEL frets; zinc alloy threaded inserts; Paua Abalone Onyx Forge
logo; Steinberger gearless tuning machines; double acting truss rod adjustable at
headstock; 1 11/16 nut width at the custom laminated Graph Tech / brass alloy
nut; Mother of Pearl and Paua Abalone customer designed logo on Ebony truss
rod cover.
ELECTRONICS: Modern Strat Delta Tone Pickups wired through a 6 way rotary switch
to the customer's specs with a master volume and tone with bypass detent.
